Our Story
Divine Recovery Hope was established on June 3rd 2021 by health clinicians with the goal of giving back to our community and to cater for the health needs of Lawndale Community on Chicago’s West Side and the surrounding suburbs with Level I and Level II medicated assisted treatment facility.
